Rua Augusta is a historic pathway in the middle of Lisbon. Still, it is not exactly the most pleasant place nowadays: you'll be overwhelmed by sketchy offers, day and night. Located right in the city centre, at one end of the main street.

We got to see this huge arch upon walking the shopping grounds of Lisboa. There are also couple of restaurants amd cozy cafe along the way.
It is a great piece of architecture and the street that follows makes for an enjoyable stroll. We went here in januari and it wasnt very cold.
